I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room had a great view of the harbor from its large balcony, and the modern decor made it so cozy. Wow! This hotel was a gem! The room not only had a fantastic feature of a free use internet connected smartphone for local and international calls, but it was also impeccably clean. The distance to attractions was a bit off from what was stated, but overall a fantastic experience!
The hotel is in a quiet residential area, a short walk from the main area, offering a nice balcony view of the port. The rooms lack A/C control, which can be inconvenient, especially with luggage.
The hotel offers rooms that are much better than normal multi-chain hotels, very comfortable with a great view of the port area. They are clean with a radio in the wall. I stayed on the 5th floor and had a good view of the harbor from its large balcony, which might not be as good if you are lower down.
When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. While the dining experience wasn't exceptional, the service and location more than made up for it. The rooms, though not extravagant, provided a standard level of comfort suitable for a pleasant stay.
